Home Made Sambal



Ingredients 材料:

30 pieces of fresh red chili 红辣椒

10 pieces of fresh Chili Padi 小辣椒 (If you want your sambal to be extra hot 如果你要超辣)

5 pieces of shallots 红葱头

5 cloves of garlics 蒜头

2 lime (extract the juice)

A handful of mint leave (一小束薄荷叶)

A handful of coriander leave (一小束薄香菜)

A small piece of belancan (马来粘)


Method

Heat up the skillet  pan with low heat and add the belancan, heat it for 2 minutes per side, watch it carefully not to over burn it (will cause bitterness).

Once done, use a blender to blend and is done.
